Domestic Flight Rules
1. By purchasing a ticket online, the buyer commits to being fully aware of all ticket purchase rules and regulations. Accepting these rules before proceeding to the payment gateway is legally equivalent to the buyer’s signature.
2. If any part of the rules is unclear or raises questions for the passenger, they are required to contact Ati Travel support before booking the ticket.
3. Bank payment does not guarantee a successful or completed reservation. Please ensure that you receive and carefully check your ticket after the payment is confirmed by the bank gateway. If you do not receive the ticket, you can retrieve it from the "Purchase Tracking" section in your user profile or contact Ati Travel support.
5. According to the regulations of the Civil Aviation Organization, the airline operating the flight is responsible for cancellations, delays, early departures, or changes in aircraft type, and Ati Travel, as the ticket seller, bears no responsibility in these cases.
6. For domestic flights, passengers must arrive at the airport and the relevant terminal one and a half hours before departure.
7. When booking a ticket, the passenger's information must exactly match the details on a valid identification document.
8. Any ticket cancellation by the passenger is subject to cancellation fees according to civil aviation regulations. The amount of the fee varies by airline and depends on the timing of the cancellation request.
9. Passengers must bring a copy of their ticket and a valid identification document when arriving at the airport (national ID for domestic flights and passport for international flights).
10. After purchasing a ticket, it is not possible to change the passenger's name under any circumstances. If a passenger has entered incorrect information, they must cancel the ticket according to the airline's rules and purchase a new one.
11. Purchased tickets cannot be transferred to another person and are only valid for the individual whose information was entered during the purchase. If there is a discrepancy between the passenger's details and the information on the ticket, the passenger will not be accepted at the airport.
12. According to civil aviation regulations, passengers aged 10 days to 2 years are considered infants (INF), passengers aged 2 to 12 years are considered children (CHD), and passengers over 12 years are considered adults (ADL). If the buyer enters incorrect age category information, the passenger will be denied boarding.
13. Once payment is made and confirmed, the purchase is final, and ticket information will be sent to the user via SMS and email. If the payment is not confirmed by the bank and the ticket is not received, the purchase is not complete, and the passenger must contact Ati Travel support.
14. The aircraft type is indicated on the ticket according to the airline’s information. Any changes to the aircraft type are the responsibility of the operating airline.

17. If a flight is canceled due to technical issues, bad weather, or a delay of more than two hours, the passenger may cancel the ticket without penalty. To do so, the passenger must have the ticket stamped by the airline representative, keep the original stamped ticket, and then contact Ati Travel support.
18. The use of special services such as wheelchairs, oxygen masks during the flight, special diets, transporting pets, carrying a deceased, etc., requires notification and coordination with the airline. If special services are needed, you must contact Ati Travel support before purchasing the desired flight.
19. A child or infant ticket cannot be purchased online independently and must always be booked together with an adult ticket.
20. If a passenger intends to book tickets for two consecutive routes, for example Tehran to Mashhad and then Mashhad to Ahvaz, or a round-trip on the same route like Tehran to Kish and Kish to Tehran in one day, there must be at least a four-hour gap between the arrival at the first destination and the departure of the second flight. Otherwise, the passenger is responsible for any consequences and penalties for missing the second flight.
21. For domestic routes, if the outbound and return flights are operated by different airlines, cancellation of the outbound flight or the passenger's withdrawal due to a delay or early departure of more than 2 hours may result in cancellation fees for the return flight. For more information, be sure to contact Ati Travel support before booking.
22. Regarding the allowance for checked baggage on domestic flights, each airline has its own rules. Generally, in economy class, the passenger's baggage allowance is 20 kg, and in business class, it is 25 to 30 kg. This information is usually available in the flight details before booking.

8. For international flights, obtaining a visa according to the destination country's regulations is the passenger's responsibility, and Ati Travel is not responsible for any visa-related issues. Please contact support if you have any questions before making a reservation.
9. Traveling to visa-free countries for Iranian citizens does not mean a visa is not required. You must contact Ati Travel support before booking to obtain complete information about your destination.
10. For international system flights, if a round-trip ticket is booked and the passenger does not use the outbound flight, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.

Ati Travel holds no responsibility in this regard.
